About the Physician
Dr. Abouhazima received his medical degree from University of Aleppo, Syria. He completed his Arab Board training program in pediatrics in Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) in 2003. Then he completed his Fellowship in pediatrics GI & hepatology in 2011.

Dr. Nadra has worked at Sidra Medicine as a junior attending physician running the pediatric complex care clinic since 2018.
Before joining Sidra Medicine, Dr. Nadra worked in pediatrics at Hamad Medical Corporation and has almost 21 years of experience – initially in general pediatrics and then in complex care pediatrics since 2017.
Dr. Amir Elnahas is a senior Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist at Sidra Medicine since 2014. He has played an instrumental part in activating the Women’s services at Sidra Medicine over the last 3 years, through the development of clinical guidelines and policies.
About the Physician
Hamza Elkhidir, MD, completed his pediatric residency training at New York Medical College; he then joined the University of Texas School of Medicine, where he completed his critical care medicine fellowship in 2013.
Dr. Elkhidir spent an additional year at the University of Nebraska in a pediatric cardiology training program. Dr. Elkhidir joined Johns Hopkins All Children’s Heart Institute after completing his training as an attending physician before joining Sidra Medicine.
Dr. Bajes completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree from University of Jordan and obtained his Pediatrics Specialist training at Hamad General Hospital Pediatric Nephrology section. He holds a Diplomat of the Arab Board of Pediatrics certification.
About the Physician
Dr. John graduated from Madurai Kamaraj University in India and completed his residency in Anesthesiology from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Thereafter he completed a fellowship in Cardiac Anesthesia. For six years after his training, he worked as a specialist and later as a senior specialist in Cardiac anesthesia at a busy cardiac institute in Cochin, India.
Dr. Nadeem Jilani has joined ED as Senior Attending Physician to oversee Sidra Child Advocacy Program (S-CAP). He qualified and received his initial Pediatric training in India and then worked in reputed hospital in Saudi Arabia and UK. His qualifications are MBBS, MD (Pediatrics), MRCPCH, CCT (Pediatrics) and FRCPCH.
Dr. Kaddourah finished his general pediatric residency at University of Louisville in Kentucky, USA in 2013. He then joined Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Ohio to do his fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology that was accomplished in 2013.
Dr. Homeira graduated from the medical school ” Wilhelms Universitaet Klinik Bonn” which is one of the best medical faculties in Germany. She has over 12 years of experience in clinical Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She finished her specialist training in university hospitals of Bonn and became a consultant there. She has advanced training in minimal invasive surgery (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy) and started her Subspeciality in Gynaecological Oncology.
