Dr. Sinha joined Sidra Medicine in April 2018 as an Attending Physician in the Pediatric Division of the Anesthesia Department. She is the Program Director for Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship at Sidra Medicine and Assistant Professor in Clinical Anesthesiology at Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar.

Dr. Irshaad Shaffeeullah is currently a Senior Attending Physician and Director of the CAMHS outpatient services at Sidra Medicine. He received his medical degree from the Caribbean island of Dominican Republic before eventually completing his adult and child and adolescent psychiatry in New York, USA. Prior to joining Sidra Medicine he was working at Commonwealth Healthcare Center in the Commonwealth of Northern Marianna Islands. Irshaad has over 20 years of experience in the field of psychiatry.

Dr. Muthukumar Sakthivel is an Attending Physician, who was previously working as a Consultant Pediatrician in Emergency Department/Short stay Pediatric assessment unit at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust, UK since Feb 2011.

Dr. Sakthivel completed specialist training in Pediatrics in UK. He was an examiner for Manchester Medical University and has served as a Clinical Reviewer for National Confidential Enquiry into Patient Outcome and Death. Dr. Saad Saeed joined heart center at Sidra Medicine in 2017. in addition to his other general cardiology responsibilities at Sidra Medicine, he continued his work in the development of pediatric cardiac MRI.

Dr. Saad Saeed has had the privilege to teach and coach medical students and has been involved in the Education & training of pediatric residents and fellows and since 2021 he is the program director of pediatric cardiology fellowship program. His specialty is General Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Imaging.

Dr. Bernd Reichert has been an Attending Neonatologist at Sidra Medicine since June 2015 and was part of the team instituting Neonatal Services by opening the ‘High-Risk Infant Follow-up Clinic (HRIF) in 2017 and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in 2018.

In addition to his clinical duties, he was instrumental in establishing the combined Sidra Medicine-WWRC Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship program, serving as its director since 2019 and leading it to ACGME-I accreditation in 2020.

Dr. Andrés Pérez-López has been a Senior Attending Physician in Microbiology at Sidra Medicine since 2017.  Before joining Sidra Medicine, Dr. Pérez-López worked as a Consultant Microbiologist and Infection Control Doctor for five years for the National Health Service in England and Scotland. Previously, he worked as a consultant pediatrician and lead clinician for pediatric infectious diseases for nine years at Manacor Hospital in Spain.
