Dr. Sajith has worked at Sidra Medicine since April 2018 as an Attending Physician in Pediatric Anaesthesiology, he delivers the day today perioperative medical management of patients undergoing surgical and non-surgical procedures in the hospital

Dr. Khalid Al-Kharazi is a senior pediatric neurosurgeon at Sidra Medicine with almost 20 years of experience in neurosurgery. He has worked in Canada, Germany, Jordan, and Yemen before joining the medical team in Qatar in 2014.
Dr. Buthaina Al Adba is a senior attending physician at Sidra Medicine. She obtained her medical degree at King Faisal University in Saudi Arabia, followed by a pediatric residency at Hamad Medical Corporation. She completed fellowship training in Pediatric Rheumatology at Sickids Hospital in Toronto, Canada in 2015.
After fellowship training she worked at Hamad Medical Corporation before joining Sidra Medicine in 2017.
Dr. Brisseau is a cutting edge pediatric general and thoracic surgeon as well as an acclaimed surgical educator. He is a board certified general surgeon as well as a pediatric surgeon. These dual boards are held in two countries , USA and Canada. Having practiced in both countries he brings this clinical expertise to Doha at the Sidra Medical and Research Center.

Dr. Adappa joined Sidra Medicine in November 2017 and is a Senior Attending Physician in the Neonatal unit. He is currently the Medical Director for Education and Middle-Grade staff on the unit. He manages the education program and is the line manager for hospitalist doctors and nurse practitioners. He has expertise in databases and is part of the VON database team on the neonatal unit and is actively involved with analysis, supporting QI projects, and benchmarking.
Dr. Wafaa graduated from Mansoura University in Egypt where she completed her pediatric residency training and obtained Master degree in pediatrics. She subsequently moved to the UK where she trained in pediatric hematology and bone marrow transplantation at London, West Midlands Deanery hospitals and Birmingham Children’s Hospital achieving membership of the Royal College of Pediatrics and child health and the Royal College of Pathologists in hematology.

Dr. Abdelgadir worked as a Pediatric Emergency Consultant at Al Wakrah Hospital before joining Sidra Medicine in 2017. After completing the MD training program in Sudan, she joined the UK Pediatric training, where she was awarded a Certificate of Completion of Training, a Fellowship of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health, and a Master's Degree in Pediatrics, UK. She joined the Weill Cornell Medical College-Qatar as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics.
Dr. Ahmed Abushahin was Arab Board certified in pediatrics in 2004; then, he completed his fellowship in pediatric pulmonology at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) in 2007. Dr. Abushahin is a senior attending pediatric pulmonology at Sidra Medicine and an assistant professor in clinical pediatrics at Weill-Cornell Medical College in Qatar (WCMC-Q).
