Dr. Abdulkader is a Pediatric Gastroenterologist and Neuro-gastroenterology and Motility Specialist at Sidra Medicine. He attended medical school at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and trained at the Cleveland Clinic (pediatric residency) & Nationwide Children's Hospital (Gastroenterology fellowship and Advanced Neurogastroenterology and Motility fellowship).

Muhamad Al Dabbagh

About the Physician

Dr. Muhamad Al Dabbagh is a Pediatrics Consultant with over 30 years of experience. He has conducted numerous pediatrics-focused research and is a member of the American Medical Society in Vienna. He also mentors medical students of Weill Cornell Medicine–Qatar, HBKU, and Qatar University.

Dr. Al Dabbagh worked at Hamad Medical Corporation for 27 years before joining Sidra Medicine four years ago.

Raghda Yahya

About the Physician

Dr. Raghda Yahya has been a consultant general pediatrician at Sidra Medicine since 2021. Before this, she spent 11 years as a consultant pediatrician at King Fahad Specialist Hospital-Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a general pediatrician, Dr. Yahya treats all types of illnesses and helps parents manage their children’s chronic diseases. She enjoys spending time with her patients and their families in inpatient and outpatient settings, striving to create meaningful and therapeutic relationships.

Aicha Rifai

About the Physician

Dr. Aicha Rifai is a member of the faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine in Qatar (WCM-Q) who volunteers weekly to see patients at the Women's' Psychiatry Clinic at Sidra Medicine.

She is the director of the medical students' clerkship in Psychiatry at WCMQ and is active in education, administration, and research. She is American Board certified in Psychiatry and in Internal Medicine.

Her areas of interest are Women Mental Health, Students Mental Health, and the application of the Humanities in Medicine.

Amal Al-Naimi

About Amal

Dr. Amal Al Naimi was Arab Board certified in pediatrics in 2008. She completed her fellowship in pediatric pulmonology in 2009 at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) and pediatric respirology fellowship in 2011 at Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto Canada.
 
Dr. Amal is a senior attending pediatric pulmonology at Sidra Medicine and an assistant professor in clinical pediatrics at Weill-Cornell Medical College in Qatar (WCMC-Q).
 

Mutasim Abu-Hasan

About Mutasim

Dr Mutasim Abu-Hasan is a Senior Attending Physician in Pediatric Pulmonology and the Fellowship Director of Pediatric Pulmonary Fellowship Program at Sidra Medicine.  He received his medical degree from University of Jordan Faculty of Medicine and has completed his General Pediatric Residency at University of Florida and Pediatric Pulmonary Fellowship Program in Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston Texas.

Nelli El-Ghazal

About the Physician

Dr. Nelli El-Ghazal obtained her Ph.D. in School Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University. She is a Child and Adolescent Psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry and an Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medical College. Prior to joining Sidra, she worked in the school system and was part of a private practice in the United States.

Muhalab Tajeldin

About Muhalab

Dr Tajeldin is a consultant in Emergency Medicine. He obtained his MBBS from University of Gezira, Sudan. He completed his Fellowship in Emergency Medicine (FRCEM) at the Royal College of Emergency Medicine and was awarded a certificate of completion of training (CCT) in the UK. He worked in different hospitals in England and Wales.

Dr Tajeldin is an instructor for the advanced resuscitation courses including ALS, APLS and ATLS. Before joining Sidra in November 2018, he worked as a consultant in Emergency Medicine in Morriston Hospital, Swansea.

Yazeed Eldos

About the Physician

Dr. Yazeed Eldos joined the Department of Emergency Medicine as an attending physician, and medical toxicologist in 2019. Dr. Eldos has experience in major trauma, fractures, and crush injuries in the pediatric age group. He is also a trauma team leader at Sidra Medicine’s trauma program. In addition, Dr. Eldos is the current medical director of the Qatar Poison Center.
